FAQ
What is the lead time for placing an order?
Please allow a minimum of 7 days' notice for all orders, as our cakes and financiers are freshly made upon ordering.
Do you provide candles for whole cakes?
Each whole cake will come with one complimentary gold candle.
What is the storage requirement for cakes and financier’s?
Whole cakes should be kept refrigerated and may consume immediately after taking them out of the fridge. Financiers do not require refrigeration, keep them in airtight containers and away from direct heat.
What is the recommended shelf life for your baked items?
We recommend consuming all baked items, including cakes, within 3 days.
Do I need to reheat financiers? Can I reheat them?
You do not need to reheat the financiers. However, if you like them warm, they may be reheated in a preheated oven at 160°C for 2-3 minutes.
Delivery
How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is available at a flat rate of $15. We do not deliver to Sentosa, Tuas, Jurong Island, Pulau Ubin, and all restricted areas.
What are your delivery timings,?
We offer daily delivery between 10 am to 5 pm.
Is the self-pickup option available? Where are you located?
Yes, you may opt for self-pickup. We are located in the northeast of Singapore, and the detailed address will be provided upon order confirmation.
What if I am not home during delivery?
If you are not available during the scheduled delivery, we will bring the cake back and contact you to arrange for a second delivery with a fee of $20. Alternatively, you may also arrange for self-pickup.
